Project Details
I participated in the research to adapt the Sales Funnel design in the Salesforce platform for its implementation in operations in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Miami.
I conducted a comparative analysis of quoting tools for health and life products, available on mobile and desktop devices, with the goal of streamlining their effective implementation in the Community Cloud.
- The main purpose of these is to collect personal data at the beginning of the process to create a new prospect in order to generate a quote.Status of certificates: rejected, approved or in process.
- These quotes allow the selection of products based on the insurable sum, as well as offering additional products that complement the main coverage.
